More Red Tape, Not Less…

What!? What do you mean more red tape? In this case, more red tape is actually a good thing!

We’ve always taken a stands that when you order from us, that your packages get delivered in a good, undamaged condition. That’s why we take the time to package each of the shipments carefully and sometimes double-bag liquids to make sure that everything in the box is protected.

In an effort for our customers to be able to see our boxes out of the masses they may receive, we are now using a very distinctive red tape to secure and tape our boxes. It enables the fabricators that ordered their stone supplies from us to quickly recognize our packages and get the tools they need faster.

Therefore, start looking for the new red tape in the next few weeks on more and more of our boxes, as we transition from clear to red tape.

It’s just another way for us to support our customer partners and it’s a free benefit to all.
