If you want to greatly extend the life of your stone tools, use the breaker bits on the stone edges first to remove the bulk of material. Doing this first will allow your CNC Stone Profile Wheels from wearing prematurely, as well as preventing the tools from developing the dreaded groove in the middle of the profile wheel.

The Diamut CNC Breaker Bits are being offered in two types, Double Bits and Single Bits. Both types of bits are 120mm in diameter and can be used on 2-3cm material. If you’re working with 4cm edge profiles, the best breaker bit to use is the double breaker bit for 4cm stone.
