Hercules Dressing Sticks
Hercules Dressing Sticks are used to redress Diamond CNC Tooling and bring life back to profiles for longer lasting tooling and a faster polish.
When profiles are no longer lining up roperly or the final polish is not where it needs to be, these dressing sticks will get your tooling right back to true for great results.
Use on tooling running at 750-1000 RPMs. Must be used wet, do not use dry.
Advantages:
- Great for CNC redressing
- increases life and polish on tooling
- Available from 46 frit to 60 grit
- 46 grit stick can be used to dress finger bits and Z Wheels
