Power Adhesives NEW Gas-Tec 600-12mm Portable Gas Powered Glue Gun

The Gas-Tec 600 Glue Gun is powered by butane gas, as used in cigarette lighters and features a full-hand trigger for comfortable glue dispensing anywhere, anytime.

(and did we mention no wires!?)

Gas-Tec 600 glue gun dispenses Tecbond low melt and hot melt adhesives on demand. Solid glue sticks that are non-toxic, clean and easy to handle are heated in this lightweight hand held glue gun, applied molten to one surface to create an instant bond when both surfaces are pressed together. Continuous dispensing is possible because an additional glue stick needs to be loaded before the gun completely empties. Nothing is wasted as unused hot melt glue cools and solidifies in the gun and can be reactivated when next required.

Advantages:

• Fully portable, powered with butane gas filled LEC cartridges giving about 1.5 hours use, refillable with standard cigarette lighter canisters
• Features a "soft-feel" full hand trigger, gas "ON/OFF wheel with ignition button and an "ON" indicator window
• Piezo ignition button starts a warm-up period of about 5 minutes and the tool can dispense 12mm hot melt glue up to 1.5kgs per hour (approximately 45 sticks)
• Designed to use Tecbond 12mm hot melt glue sticks, supplied blister packed

Note: It is recommended by Power Adhesives to use a 'Triple Filtered Butane' to extend the longevity of the Gas-Tec 600. These should be available at your local hardware store.
