Flip Cart Operation

The V-Cart uses four removable posts with eight available post positions. According to the supplied product information, two posts can be removed to create the desired setup for transferring and flipping stone.

1. Move the stone to the V-Cart with the polished side facing up and rest it against two posts, placing the back side of the stone against the posts.
2. Insert the two previously removed posts and lean the stone against them so the polished side is against the posts.
3. Remove the first two posts.
4. Use a vacuum lifter to access and move the stone with the back side exposed.
5. The stone can then be loaded onto the CNC machine with the polished side facing down.
