Viper Strike Turbo Granite Blades

The Viper Blades have been designed specifically for cutting granite. They are manufactured a little differently than the standard Viper Turbo Blades with Medium Frequency Sintering Technology.

The Medium Frequency Sintering is a technology that heats items properly. The heat is then equally distributed in the oven while sintering process is going on.

For example, in order for turbo cutters to be sintered, they stack turbo cutters in the oven. With regular sintered machine, heat in the oven is not equally distributed. It goes mostly to the middle of stack, while the top and the bottom of the stack is not well distributed for the heat. However, with medium frequency sintered machines, the heat is equally distributed in all area of the oven, so that it gives stable and reliable quality treatment to each product.
