EZ Cart Loader

This device solves an age-old problem for many stone fabricators by moving heavy stone without the need for air, electricity, hydraulics or any battery power! It's been designed to transfer, move or load heavy pieces of countertop stone, like a kitchen island manually. Now you can easily move stone slabds from a Transfer Rack or an A-Frame onto an EZ Installation Cart with a force of less than 50 lb.

Purpose:
The EZ Cart Loader is designed to be used in conjunction with the EZ Installation Cart to avoid any on site manual lifting of heavy stones from a Kitchen Transport Rack onto the EZ Installation Cart.

Installation:
Remove the sliding rack from the two base rails by removing the safety pins at the front, remove the rack completely. Attach the two base rails to the base of the Transport Cart, making sure that the tabs are attached securely to the cart base. Once installed, slide the rack back on the rails and re-attach the safety pins at the front of the rails.

Loading Procedures At The Shop:

• Load Kitchen Transport Rack and the EZ Installation Cart on a vehicle, truck or trailer
• Secure the EZ Cart Loader and the stone island to the Kitchen Transport Rack with holddown bars.

How To Use:

• Position EZ Installation Cart next to Kitchen Transport Rack and adjust the Cart height to  the lowest position
• Remove the Holddown Bars
• Lock the EZ Installation Cart to the EZ Loader with a locking pin
• Use suction cup to pull the stone island towards the EZ Loader and against cart
• Raise the EZ Installation Cart height to assume most of the stone island weight
• Remove the security hooks and flip the stone island from the EZ Loader onto the EZ Installation Cart
• Continue to crank the EZ Installation Cart height up until the stone island is free from the EZ Loader
• Slide the EZ Loader back to home position
• Roll the EZ Installation Cart with the stone island down the ramp and install at location
