BB Industries Launches New Customer Portal!

We are happy to announce the launch of a new BBI Customer Portal! Over the years we’ve come to understand the importance of customer privacy, as well as account security and with that in mind we have had to go through a few adaptations of our systems. If you’ve been with us for more than 20 years, you may be aware that we’ve made big internal system updates at least twice as the world’s technologies kept improving. With each major up tick in technology, we’ve kept up and continue to update our internal systems to be in the position to ultimately better serve you, our customers.

We are happy to let our customers know that the new BBI Customer Portal is being made available to everyone that has ever purchased from us, whether over the phone or online. We are certain that this new feature will benefit our Customer Partners greatly. Once the customer is given access to this new platform, he or she will be able to do the following:

  • Update their profile
  • Pay outstanding invoices
  • View past orders & statements
  • Manage company contacts
  • Place new supply orders directly


We recognize that the initial launch and setting up of customer permissions will take a bit of time, but the process is fairly easy. In anticipation of this new platform and its launch, our sales staff has been fully trained in the process. Therefore, whoever is your current sales consultant, they will be able to assist you with gaining access to this great new product. The BBI Customer Portal link can be found in several places. The main one is on the home page and under the profile icon on www.BBIndustriesLLC.com. You can also find it under your customer account, once logged in. And finally, it is always visible in the footer of this website. You may also just type it into your web browser: portal.bbindustriesllc.com

We’ve invested a lot of money into this new system and as with any new system we realize that familiarity with it will take some time. However, one of the reasons we started using it was for the fact that it’s pretty intuitive. Once the customer gains access, he or she will be able to see some tiles that will allow them to get familiar with how to navigate within the system and how to look things up. There are also instructions available for download to help our customers with this process.
