Diamut Overview

Diamut has produced the HYS2 Hyper Speed Solution tooling designed to increase the CNC feed-rates to improve shops production. Carefully constructed of premium materials and with a high-performance bond and diamonds to ensure quality of the edge at highest speeds advertised in the market at speeds up to 12,700 mm/min or 500 inches/min.

Our FLX sets are designed to round top and bottom of the slabs just shy of true 2cm, 3cm, and 4cm. With 45 degree exit angle designed to nicely bevel and polish the bottom side if stone is thicker and not dig into the stone and leaving a lip.

New DLG7 Polishers are improved to enhance the highest gloss of your edges and to bring out the best polish to even your darkest stones. New matrix of the resin on the polisher helps speed up the break in period of your polishers to be around 50-100 linear ft., and increase life at up to 2570 mm/min or 100 inches/min.

The 5S diamond is an ultra-fine metal designed to give you the smoothest edge before polishing possible. Designed to best hide the machining lines created from CNC and to improve the life of the polishers. The 5S diamond is available in all offered profiles.
