BB Industries’ Vendor Supplier Partner Summit

BB Industries hosted several of our vendors this month at the 1st Annual BB Industries’ Vendor Supplier Partner Summit. As a National Distributor of stone tools and supplies with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, we strive to form strong relationships; not only with our customer, but with our supplier Partners as well. They are all an essential part of the industry, as all of the stone fabricators place their trust in the tools and equipment we offer. The fabricators are the ones that use the tools on a daily basis and these tools must work and last. Therefore, we try to do anything that we can do to strengthen our offering of products and solutions in support of the “the little guy”; the fabricator. We are not in the business to just sell stuff. We try to attain a level of being a one-stop-shop, not only for the tools, but knowledge as well.

In order for BBI to offer the best guarantee in the stone industry, we have to make sure that the products we carry are of great quality. We perform tests on a lot of the products, in addition to our exclusive brands, such as Viper, Hercules, Talon, Stone Shield and Scorpion. Working closely with our supplier Partners allows us to make sure that if our customers are not happy with whatever product we offer, they can return it back to us with no questions asked. We also place a lot of trust in our vendors and try to support their businesses by offering some of our services that we already do daily.
