E-mail Transitions

95% of our transition to a new company name of BB Industries, LLC has been completed and we’re happy to report that all of our systems have switched and are working normally. In addition to a few smaller things that need addressing, there is one thing that remains and it’s a big one: E-MAIL.

In the next few days, we will be transitioning all of our email accounts under the new domain and company name. We don’t foresee too many issues with this, but would like to make you aware that we are making this move soon. Therefore, if by some chance you send us an email and it bounces back to you for whatever reason, please call us directly at 800-575-4401 or call your sales representative and we will assist you on the phone.

In addition to this change, we are standardizing and reformatting some of our older accounts. This is a perfect time to make the switch for all of our company emails to be formatted uniformly across the entire company. All of our emails will now begin with the 1st letter of the employee’s first name, followed by a period (dot), followed by that person’s last name; then ending in @bbindustriesllc.com

Old E-Mail Format:

Name: Joe Smith
E-Mail: jsmith@braxtonbragg.com

New E-Mail Format:

Name: Joe Smith
E-Mail: j.smith@bbindustriesllc.com
