What does this word mean, “Partnership”? If you’ve been a Braxton-Bragg customer, vendor, or a supplier, you may have a sense or have seen over the years what it means to us to have YOU as our PARTNER. We don’t use this word lightly, as we believe that it actually means something all of us stand behind. We try to live it daily and we bust our buns to live up to you and your organization’s expectations.

Recently, others in the industry have started to use the same word to describe their relationships. However, one has to ask if they really mean it? Partnership is not a game of chance or a roulette game. Do they deliver on the promise like Braxton-Bragg does to truly be a Partner in the stone industry. Do they have the inventory available for you to receive within a few days? Do they have exceptional shipping policy, that’s hassle-free? Do they offer the best industry guarantee? Do they treat you like a friend or just another “meal ticket”? There are many questions like this that we could ask, but we believe that over the 26+ years of being in business, Braxton-Bragg has demonstrated to you that we meant it, live it, and deliver on that Partnership promise.

Recently, our whole world begun to experience something not a lot of us have lived through before. The current news cycle and elevated anxiety, intermingled with uncertainty puts all of us at a different footing. None of us really know how the recent COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic will affect us as human beings and how it will affect our business, our economy or the industry as a whole. However, rest reassured that Braxton-Bragg is here to support you, to help you in any way we can, and to really be a Partner you can rely on to get you through this difficult time.

We have a really super great team here at the Braxton-Bragg HQ working diligently to make sure that you have what you need. The pandemic may have overtaken the news cycle, but it will not break us as a species and it will not have an influence over our Partnership with you that we have worked so hard over the years to establish.
